Position Overview:

As the Director of Sales & Marketing for Coal Washery Process Equipment at John Finlay India Pvt Ltd, you will assume a critical role in driving business expansion through leading sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of coal washery process equipment and services. This position calls for a strategic leader with an in-depth understanding of the coal washery sector, coupled with proven expertise in sales, marketing, and team leadership.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 10 - 15 years of sales experience in industries related to coal washery process equipment, such as Cyclones, Centrifuges, Vibrating Screens, Magnetic Separators, DM Baths, and Dry Washing Equipment, with substantial capital investment.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, negotiation, and goal-oriented thinking.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing and leading substantial sales teams.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Experience in collaborating with global organizations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of parts and materials used in Flow Control, Mining, Steel, and allied industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric and sales-oriented approach.
