What is the Intelligent Filter Press Control System?

System 06 integrates every filter press in the building into one central control point, giving an operator visibility and control that previously meant walking between presses to check loosen, close and feed status by hand.

Three functions run together: remote status monitoring across the whole press bank, an automatic end-of-feed that ends the batch based on measured filtrate flow and duration rather than operator judgement, and first-in-first-out discharge queuing that sequences multiple presses automatically and shuts down downstream conveying once every press clears discharge.

All three depend on the same feed-line instrumentation: a pressure transmitter, a tank level transmitter, and a filtrate flow detection device, which is what turns 'the press is probably done' into a measured decision.
